Southern France

Southern France

There’s something very romantic and glamorous about the south of France. For me, the mention of Cannes and Nice conjures images of movie stars yachting on the glistening waters of the Mediterranean, basking in the sun in perfect weather.  Having such a vastly different climate than the rest of the country, the food is also very unique. It takes on a much lighter feel, borrowing flavors from neighboring Spain, and utilizing a lot of the fresh fruits and vegetables in the area, resulting in a much lighter cuisine.  It’s definitely a change from the rest of the country!
