Sunday Somethings

Hello, Sunday.

How’s the weekending going?  Mine has been great because Biscuit is visiting!  She is my blogger BFF after all, and it was apropos that we finally meet in person. There has been a lot of brunch eating, baseball watching, talking, talking and talking. And it’s been so lovely!  Some shopping today and some Sunday laziness will cap it off and get us ready for the week ahead.

The election is thank-God almost over and I found it was hard to dig through all that crap to find somethings that were actually interesting, but I did it, so here are:

The Anxious American Parent. It’s a thing. The rest of the world sees it and we don’t. Can we fix this?

No more Marmite?!?!  Brexit just got real.

When locker room talk isn’t that.  Professional athletes tell us exactly what entails locker room talk, and we all love them for it.

The only reason to have the debates is to see what jokes the internet can come up with.  Don’t you agree?

2016 has been quite a year, yah?  Sixteen jokes about 2016 that are both hilarious and sad.  Tears and laughter.

Oh, hey, vaccines don’t cause autism.  Just in case you needed a reminder.

Don’t mess with determined dog owners, mass transit.

Unsung Heroes. Americans will make America great again.

Child Brides Learn to Take Portraits. And it puts the rest of us amateur photographers to shame.

Makes these for me, thanks. BBQ Chicken Skillet Nachos.

Written after the Jays before the Cubs.

Update: Cubs win!
