Hello, Sunday.

Cool pic, huh? Last night I worked a fundraiser for work and it was in the Delta hanger in the Detroit airport! Anyway, a very cool space.

This week I used the decent weather to get my bike legs flexed as zipped around town, and it was great! I’m looking forward to doing much more the rest of the summer, as long as my funky knee holds out. Otherwise, it was an exceptionally busy week and an exceptionally busy weekend, little time to rest and sit around, leaving me longing for that extra day next Monday.

With (relatively) warmer temps comes cooler food, and I’ve been utilizing the food of the season for some lighter, fresher food, reluctantly kicking my bread habit during the week. It’s necessary and, I must grudgingly admit, I feel better for it. Anyway, summer foods coming at you, stat.

Oh, what a world, what a world. Here’s a glimpse into the cyber one.
