Hello, Sunday.
How was everyone’s week? Did you make it? With flying colors? Or at least a slight rainbow hue?
I’m at the Happiest Place on Earth with Mom to relax and recharge a bit. We arrived on Thursday, the early days of the week haven stressed and beaten us down, and already after 3 days the magic of Disney has given us a little bit of pep back in our steps. However, I will disclaim that the humidity does not do this midwestern body good, and despite having lived in Florida for 14 years, I still find the juxtaposition of an evergreen next to a palm tree a little bit wrong.
Still the smiles continue for a few more days before it’s back home, so we’re determined to make the most of every unscheduled minute. I hope you find some time to unschedule yourself, too.
The internet provides hours of entertainment. Here’s what I got:
Related to my week: A dating site for Disney people. While I know a lot of my friends and I would appropriately fit in this grouping…I wonder of the matches we would get. Poll: Should I join?
Psych, I’m not pregnant! Teen runs experiment to prove how harshly we all judge others. That’s quite the prank to pull off.
Everlasting love. Desi’s last words to Lucy. Tears.
Does everything really happen for a reason?
The disease of being busy. I fight against myself with this disease every single week.
“Far from our own people, our own language, stripped of all our props, deprived of our masks (one doesn’t know the fare on the streetcars, or anything else), we are completely on the surface of ourselves.” True words: Why we travel.

It’s that time of the year again! Awkward Christmas cards. Horror, horror.
Guns. Something must be done. What will be done?
And finally, wait, do I know you? Falling in love again. The cutest!
Happy Hanukkah for my friends out there!
Written outside! On the patio!
