Hello, Sunday.
We have one more weekend before Christmas takes over the world (it’s true, whether you celebrate it or not) and are you ready? I’m ready for a few days off (even though, let’s be real, I sort of just had three 3-day workweeks in a row) to enjoy all there is to enjoy this time of the year. Plus, just a few more presents left to buy.
It was a productive weekend so far- I made a meat pie which I’m pretty psyched to tell you about, and a few more yummy tricks up these sweater sleeves before everyone stops eating on January 1st. I’m not entirely kidding about that because, #resolutions.
I hope that you’re not letting the stress of the season ruin it, as it so often tends to do. Make yourself some hot chocolate, put your feet up and enjoy it. It only happens once a year, after all.
For baking season: I love Irish butter, and it is better. Here’s a bit of any FYI about it.
Is washing dishes good stress relief? I actually think so, and here’s why, and how you can change your feelings this possibly onerous household task.
How to deal with the despair over climate change.
Did you watch The Office? It’s great, and here were the circumstances that made it so.
The NYT’s most popular recipes of 2018.
Why the flu shot won’t give you the flu. Really.
That’s all I’ve got. Have a great week!
