Sunday Somethings

Hello, Sunday.

Friday morning I got my porch screened in, ready for me and Crawley to finally enjoy and then…it was 50 degrees and we therefore, did not enjoy the porch. Come on, Mother Nature. Cut us some slack.

Otherwise, the weekend has been a weekend, with its chores and laundry and cooking and errands and all the things that as adults we have to save to cram into our two blessed days off. Making it so that, really, we have, if we’re good at Saturday, only one day off. I was not so good at Saturday and thus, the tedious tasks will also fill my Sunday.  Such is life.

I hope you were good at Saturday and have your feet up today. While you’re at it, here are some readings to keep you company:

Do you follow The Dodo on Facebook? Because if you love watching happy/sad animal videos that will make you cry almost every time, you definitely should. Exhibit A.

Can you visualize something in your mind? Like, if I said, close your eyes and imagine a beach, you’d see a beach, right? NOT EVERYONE WOULD BE ABLE TO SEE A BEACH.  Yeah.

I always wanted to see a romantic comedy where a woman chooses herself. So I made one. Welcome to my life.  The new rom-com. I didn’t think this was the best film, but I liked the friendships, and that part, I could identify with.

There is a hula Olympics. FYI.

Useful info: where you can travel without a visa.

Do you have a favorite grocery store?  What your choice says about you.

Insta, as we know it, is over.

Puerto Rico is doing what the rest of us in the US won’t.

You go, Greta.

Bread pudding anyone? (HANDS UP.)

That’s all I’ve got. Have a great week!
