Sunday Somethings

Hello, Sunday!

I’ve been in the Chicago ‘burbs with my favorite family, saying hi to a new baby and some old friends. It was lovely and necessary, recharging in a way that only certain friends can manage. Another one next weekend for me, too, so I’ll be on cloud nine to start the summer.

The internet said lots of things this week, and we’re not okay with a lot of them. Chin up, young people. We have to believe it’ll be okay.

Speaking of best friends

What if the rules were reversed?

I’m guilty of this in some ways, too, but here’s a reminder to stop posing and start living.

RIP grumpy cat.

How do we stop school shootings? Besides the obvious, this teacher’s way is brilliant.

Dancing towards a cure? For those with Parkinson’s, maybe.

How the burkini is shaping gender debate.

The glorious chickpea. And the flour that became a health food sensation.

What it means to be a regular. Cheers!
