Hello, Monday.
I’ll tell you that I didn’t give you your Sunday morning post, not because I was lazy. I precisely the opposite of that. Rather, my monthly email fell into your inboxes on Saturday (do you get my monthly email? No? What are you waiting for? Subscribe today!) and I didn’t want to add to the “I don’t check my email on summer weekends” clutter and therefore decided to give you something to delay your Monday morning a bit by offering my musings today. Summer weekends are precious few, after all, and none of us should be spending them glued to a computer.
As for productivity, I got ahead of myself and for some strange reason wanted to make all the things, so coming at you soon will be a delightful cocktail, eggs with pizzaz, chicken with crunch, a sweet and crunchy side dish, among other things, hitting all corners of the globe from South America over to Vietnam. I’m telling you, my fridge looks good right now.
The world…well, aren’t we all just used to it? Yes, sadly, we are.
Who doesn’t love a cheeky sign? These are more than that, and are definitely worth glance and a pause.
I just want to be famous enough so that Disney draws me as a cartoon.
Ikea, how clever.
As a single woman with no children, this was nice to hear, and hopefully me and my single girlfriends are proof that we ARE happy and don’t sit around channeling Bridget Jones (like, at the beginning of the first movie- and for the record, Mark Darcy- wouldn’t be mad about it).
The UK is slowly working it’s way to being coal free. Why can’t we do the same?
How to: a grown-up dinner party.
Food for thought: Things more heavily regulated in the US than guns. It’ll make you even angrier.
Have you seen Aladdin yet? Well, you should. And you should also watch this.
Need a good summer go-to breakfast? Muesli, that’ll do ya.
Finally, it’s time to ice our coffee. Throw in some SCM while you’re at it.
That’s all I’ve got. Have a good week!
