Sunday Somethings

Hello, Sunday.

I’ve spent much of the weekend playing my first tennis tournament in…let’s just say a long time. It’s not going very well, but I need to remember that it’s going to take a while and a bit of practice to let those competitive juices flow as they did when I was 18. Which was…a very long time ago.

Nonetheless, it’s been fun to be around that scene again (and we’re obviously geeking out, see above photo), so looking at the silver lining to my losses (because let me tell you that I HATE HATE to lose. Hate so much).

Otherwise, I’m gearing up for a work trip this week to Boston. Lots of good food, coming to an Insta near you.

The internet?  I do try to find happy things for you all to read. Try so hard, some weeks.

This warms my heart.

How to be happy

This is why over turning Roe v. Wade is not pro-life. (This was an interesting perspective, not your chance to pick a fight with me. Thanks)

The Dodo strikes again!

Reminder, again: Teachers are priceless. Also, how cute are these???

Would you wear the same thing ever day, like a uniform? Would anyone notice? An experiment.

I realized a few weeks ago that I can absolutely not successfully make biscuits. They never come out. Here, some for all of us to try.

When friends try to set up their single friends…the comments are actually lovely.

When a healthcare system works, it goes something like this

A well-being budget?  How novel. How nice.

Also, you should watch Always be my Maybe on Netflix.

That’s it! Happy day to you!
