Hello, Monday.
Hello, April!
Also, wishing you a holy Easter/Passover/Ramadan – if you observe. It’s apparently quite the big deal that they’re all falling together. Perhaps a subtle note from the universe that hey, we’re all just trying to live our best lives, so be kind to all.
I’ve been home from Jordan a little less than a week and I finally feel like I woke up yesterday well-rested and more like myself. It definitely took more than a few epic naps this week to get me up to snuff. But I’m home and it’s spring and I’m feeling the good vibes.
I know we’re already quite into April, but I do like writing this post every month because it helps me reflect on what’s what and get me excited for what’s coming- so let’s go April!
wishing: on clear, crisp desert stars
hoping: the weather is on the upswing for good
thinking: of the age old question- what is happiness?
praying: a few of my bests, going through tough times
planning: the remaining bits of our upcoming trip to italy and france
dreaming: of good things to come
wearing: actually, not. lamenting the loss of my puffer vest in jordan. working on a replacement
reading: a sinister revenge, by my fave
doing: my annual house to-do list – HVAC maintenance- you know, the sexy stuff
watching: the west wing- time for my annual binge
cooking: lots of seafood, lots of fresh foods – like this one
drinking: lemon mints (coming soon)
playing: tennis! outside!
going: no where for a bit
writing: jordan recaps, coming at ya this week.
What’s up with you? Have a great month!
