Monday Musings

Monday Musings

Hello, Monday.

How’s it going?

After getting home from Florida late Tuesday evening, I found myself playing catch-up all week and losing an hour Sunday morning didn’t really help that (here are some tips how to ease into it). However, I’m feeling a bit more put together and actually rested, and ready to start the week. Inspiring women aren’t ever hard to find – here are some that will inspire us to get out and go!

I truly believe food is medicine. Traditional Chinese Medicine knows what’s up.

St. Patrick’s Day is Friday and like Thanksgiving, I think leftovers are the best. Here’s to my favorite hash. #momrecipe.

Oh, and these brownies are a great way to get your Irish on.

Have a great week!
