The weekend is here!! I’m particularly excited this Saturday eve because I’m heading out east for some spahhhing with my girls. It’s been a little over a year since we’ve all been together, though with our daily email chains, we get by without missing a beat about what’s going on in each other’s lives. We all met SO long ago in law school, were Katrina evacuees together and have subsequently traveled around the world together. And you know, if you can travel with someone, that friendship will weather anything. But before I go, I gotta eat, and this Roasted Fig and Hazelnut Quinoa Salad is the ticket.
