Hello, Sunday. Hello from California!
I’ve been in San Diego the last few days. As much as I always wanted to travel for work, I can’t say that I love it. It doesn’t have to do with the hassle of it all: I love hotels, I love checking out the food scene in an area, but I do miss my Crawley something horrible (#crazycatlady) and I feel a little bit heartbroken knowing how lonely he gets when I’m not there to poke in the face. He’s spoiled, I’m an umbrella pet parent, the obvious now being stated.
That said, I did have enough downtime to get out of the Convention Center area and explore a bit and even found some pretty fun things to keep me occupied. I ate a LOT of tacos, which was my goal. Fish tacos to the point of almost throwing up. Done and done.
Despite being the most tomboy of tomboys growing up, I’ve come to appreciate all things very girly when it comes to clothes and dresses. While Boden is my true love, I’m shockingly smitten with the new Girl Meets Glam collection.
