Sunday Somethings

Hello, Sunday.

Hello from Washington!

I’m here for on a work trip, ready to face the scorching east coast temps outside in parallel with the no-doubt freezing conference temps inside.  The joys of summer.

Speaking of summer, I spent most of yesterday doing summer things – hiking, swimming, eating and making ice cream. It’s the only way to do 90 degrees, IMO.

I hope you were also able to do something to take the heat off- the literal and figurative heat of life right now.  Here are a few somethings that hopefully will also help you chill out.

And now there’s monkeypox.

Oof. Watch those uneaten leftovers when clearing customs- you may face a heavy fine!

I made this ice cream yesterday and here’s a reminder for you to make it as well.

That’s it! Have a great week!
