Drive-in Movie Popcorn
An explosive and sweet cinema treat
Ingredients
- ¼ cup un-popped popcorn
- 4 Oreo cookies, crumbled
- ½ cup plain M&Ms
- 4 TB unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pack pop rocks
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn and lay out on a flat baking sheet.
- Sprinkle over the crumbled cookie and M&Ms. Drizzle the butter all over it.
- Melt the sugar in a saucepan until caramelised, add the salt and drizzle over the popcorn and sprinkle the pop rocks over top of it and serve.
