San Fransokyo-style Street Corn is east-meets-west fusion that is best described as an Asian/American/Mexican fusion- with Kewpie mayo, nori and queso fresco.

- 4 ears corn cooked as you like
For the topping
- ¼ cup kewpie mayo
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup finely crumbled queso fresco
- 3 TB nori komi furikake
- 1 TB katsuo fumi furikake
- 2 TB green onions, very finely chopped
Mix together the mayonnaise and yogurt. Set aside.
Cut the ears of corn in half.
Mix together the cheese, furikake and green onions, and set in a shallow bowl.
Spread each ear with the mayo-yogurt mixture. Roll into the furikake seasoning and serve immediately.
