Easy Weeknight Dinners for Fall

A little out of my ordinary today but, as we head into fall and back to school and parents everywhere are figuring out how to get in a new school groove and wondering what the heck to make for dinner, I had a few people request that I come up with a list of quick dinner ideas to set them straight to start the season.  And because it is seasonal, I’ve compiled ten of my favorite easy weeknight dinners for fall, done and on the table in thirty minutes or less.

To be clear I have a bunch of lovely fall recipes that take a little more time, and are certainly worth it. Especially this time of the year when soups and stews are all the rage. But, for this one, we’re keeping it under 30 minutes for you, k?
