Sunday Somethings

Hello, Sunday.

I’m tucked in like many of you are, ready for the deep freeze of this week. There’s nothing really more to say about that then…good luck, ya’ll.

This week was crazy busy. I ended it out of breath and patience, with a messy house and a messy head. We’ve all been there, and the pandemic is making it even more annoying. Who’s with me?

I went to Mom’s yesterday, nice for a drive, company and lunch. It was all kinds of necessary, and I hope you found a way to take a deep breath yourself.

In other news, here are a few things that got me out of my messiness for a few minutes.  Ready? Feet up!

This was fun. The Office and social class theory.

Reduce, reuse, and turn those old masks into roads!

Need your girl scout cookie fix? Here’s the link!

There’s a sad sort of clanging from the clock in the hall. RIP, Christopher Plummer. You were awesome.

Don’t worry, we’re all feeling it. Here’s how to take care of your mental health.

Let’s all pay attention to Israel, yah? Shots in arms works!

The rise of the vegan Caesar.

You’ve seen this baked feta pasta right? Adding it to my to-make list since I do love me some roasted tomatoes.

A subtle mindset shift will radically change how you see the world…and maybe make things a whole lot better.

This week’s project: a rough puff.

Oh and if you need a few ideas for the big game, these buffalo chicken egg rolls are one of my faves. And my Mom’s Buffalo wings are the real deal (we are from Buffalo, after all).

Have a good week!
