Sunday Somethings

Hello, Sunday.

Getting back to normalcy post-vacation is a beast sometimes, and it’s been go-going since I got back last Sunday. Lots of tennis this week, followed by a tourney this weekend, all while packing and cleaning and getting my condo ready to list and sell in the next few weeks. And squeezing in some Olympic watching.

Whew.

I’m going to share more vacation stories this week and I’m thinking of what trip recreation meal I’m going to make. Too many delicious ones to choose from this time.

Anyway, on we go. Here’s what I got this week:

How about a heart-warming story

Hair ties and no heels: The evolution of female superhero costumes is finally here. It’s about bloody time.

Women helping women is always the right move.

As someone who has a tendency to push too hard in the gym/on the court/ on the mat- recovery and rest are the hardest lessons to learn

As someone who didn’t really grow up in the midwest, I never understood the obsession with ranch dressing. Turns out, it’s sort of a lifestyle.

Not a bad travel tip as we all get back to hotel-life.

Life tip: how to start a conversation. I mean, after a year plus of social distancing, maybe we need this tip.

Been craving these easy tiramisu parfaits so this week, I’m on it.

I love streusel as an easy topping for desserts, ice cream, all the things and this looks excellent since I’ve been SO into adding fennel to my sweet stuff lately.

That’s all I’ve got- have a great week!
