Hey folks!

I can’t believe Mardi Gras is on the mind. I know it’s not for everyone, but having spent a few years down in the Big Easy, my memories can’t help but wander down there whenever this time of the year rolls around.

I’m going to keep it quick and dirty today since I’m down in Florida and away from my kitchen. I don’t have anything new to share, but I did want to throw out some of my favorites in case a Mardi Gras party is coming your way.
