Hello from Mallorca!
I’ve been a little MIA from these pages lately. Not necessarily because my enthusiasm in the kitchen was short-lived, but rather more because life tends to both slow down and speed up in the week or so before a vacation and well, that’s where I was sitting last week.
Ham and I picked Mallorca a bit on a whim – when flight prices dipped earlier this year, we decided to jump on it. We wanted someplace warm (needed now more than ever since we had a winter storm last week), and frankly, somewhere where the COVID entry requirements were a little more lax. Where we could get outside in the fresh air and have a little bit of the city life that we each crave every now and then. Mallorca checked all those boxes and to boot, neither of us had been before. So…vamos!
And with that, I’m just popping on here to say hello, to wish you a great week ahead and to lament the fact that it’s almost May. Where is the time going?!
